Bentley is almost ready to pull the wraps off its new four-door Continental: the 2013 Flying Spur. With Bentley set to make a further announcement on 20 February, we're expecting to see the Flying Spur make its debut at the 2013 Geneva motor show in March. Powertrains will be shared with the Continental GT coupe: that means a 6.0-litre bi-turbo W12 in the flagship car, and for the first time in a Flying Spur, Bentley's new 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8.
Ford is launching the Ford Fiesta Sport+
Now the latest Ford Fiesta has matured nicely in to the market, Ford are busy tweaking what the Fiesta has to offer in response to feedback from sales in the first year (over 350k sold). We had a revision of the Fiesta range back in October (models tweaked and a new top-end Fiesta Individual revealed) and before that we had the Fiesta Sport, an all show and no go version. But now we get the Ford Fiesta Sport+ if you want your Fiesta to look ‘Sporty+’.
Ford may need a smaller crossover in its lineup, and the new EcoSport--created in Brazil and designed for markets such as India--could fill that opening. Need evidence? This camouflaged prototype has been spotted on the streets in metropolitan Detroit.
